This interactive session examines the link between psychological safety, communication, and clinical outcomes. Participants learn how stress and conflict affect performance and practice rapid strategies to de-escalate tension, support teammates, and protect both providers and patients.
Prerequisites: Age: 16+. Active Virginia OEMS certification
