VFRS-T113 School Bus Extrication - 2 Day Event
Instructor: Greg Burton, VAFR District 1 Vice President
Course teaching bus construction, stabilization, multi-patient rescue, equipment use, and tactical considerations.
Prerequisites: Vehicle Rescue Awareness & Operations; ability to climb ladder with 75 lbs.
PPE Requirements: Helmet (with eye protection), full-finger rescue gloves, safety glasses, long pants/BDUs, and hard-toe boots. No shorts or athletic shoes.
