GEMS focuses on the unique physiology, presentations, and needs of geriatric patients. Participants review common conditions, assessment considerations, and communication strategies to provide safer, more effective care for this rapidly growing population.
Prerequisites: Age: 16+. Open to EMTs, paramedics, nurses, physician assistants, physicians, and other prehospital care practitioners.
